Whirlpool Electric Range RF361PXK

range top /oven won't heat, lights are on

I changed out my main electric box and when the eletric was turned back on: The lights/ timer/ clock worked but nothing would heat up. The manual state there is a lock out stove top and to check this-- but there is no reference to this in the manual.
