Sounds like your firdge is not running the auto defrost cycle, empty the freezer and pull off the panel inside and look at the coils, they may be froze over. If so, unplug and carefully use a hair dryer to defrost. place a large towel in the bottom to soak up all the water. you may need to do this once a week in a high humid area. Replace the panel, plug it back in, you should be good to go for a short while until you can get the defrost function working again.
