I had the same problem and I found online where it said that it's usually caused by water temp coming in too low. It said to hit the heated dry butten, then the normal wash, then heated dry again, and then normal wash butten again. All the lights will lite up then hit cancel and things should be fine. It also said to run the kitchen sink water first to warm it up. Anyway I did this and it fixed the problem.
