ICE MAKER REMOVAL

I NEED TO REMOVE AND FIX OR REPLACE MY ICE MAKER. HOW DO I DO THAT???

    I've had this done. Leave it to a pro. First you have to get the freezer drawer out which is a bit tricky. I watched as a pro replaced my icemaker and its no easy task.

    I just had a pro do this yesterday, and after watching him it didn't seem that hard. It really helps to have 2 people to get the freezer drawer out and out of the way. Then it's just a couple screws holding the ice maker into the side of the unit. If I ever need another (he said they typically last 8-10 years), I'll do it myself and save the $120 service call.
