OWNER'S MANUAL

I bought the range used, and have attempted to use oven 2-3 times. Each time the oven heats up to 450 degrees, or not at all. I need a replacement manual to check the proper procedure for baking. It shouldn't be that difficult, Wondering if it could be the thermostat or the element. Really need a manual to check it out.
