Hi, I bought an RCA microwave oven end of December. I had no appartment from february to July so this is when I actually first started using the microwave. I rarely use it, sometimes for boiling a cup of water for hot chocolate (1min) or heating up meals (1min30) or... the most important for my kids... popcorn... This is where my problem is. If I press the popcorn button, the timer automatically sets itself to 3min (approximately) and then I press start and as the popcorn starts heating up, I can see the numbers on the screen start flashing and then it's as if a fuse would blow. Everything stops and the clock resets itself. I then have to reset the time and put the time cook back on and press start again. I tried a different power outlet or entering the 3min for the popcorn without pressing the button but nothing works. The microwave goes for approximately 30 sec. and then resets itself. Is there a way you could help me fix it? Or could I send it for repair? I have my bill of purchase and could probably manage to find the instruction manual... which probably contains the warranty... please help me. I've used this microwave maximum 20 times and never for long periods. Thank you,
