I just called Osram/Sylvania to get a copy of the owner's manual from Galanz at 1-800-856-8977 they can mail or fax it to you ... and was told by the "operator" that the issues I am having with beeping are not repairable and are a "manufacturer's defect."
He says if you have the original store receipt you can get your money back (good luck with that) and since mine was gifted to me, I have no choice but to pull the plug out after each use. harumph!
Maybe reading the manual might help me better than the limited conversation I had with the gentleman about different city voltages and power surges!
