Replacing the water filter

Ihave a double door Westinghouse refridgerator. I don't know the model number and can't find it in the fridge (it came with my house as part of the deal). I need to replace the water filter on the inside of the fridge. The cylinder is round that houses the filter. Can you pleas provide me with directions on how to do this? I don't have a manual.
