General Electric Water Filter 400 Series

Timer has 6 days-not7.Unsure about the auto start for regenerate eg.Startfor Weds 2am,does it regenerate Tues(as 6th day) or Weds if count days.
Local supplier unclear also.Supplier is Water Force,Christchurch.Please reply to me.Thanks Bill.
