Most of the time when we receive outside calls, we could hear the other end clearly but they couldnt hear us. It doesnt happen all the time but most of the calls was like that. We already check with the lie provider but the problem was not from their side. Kindly help us know the problem so that we could solve this issue because some of the company thinks that we are not answering their calls
