stuck in harvest

I am working on a manitowoc model# QY0424A which is stuck in harvest mode. It heats the tray when water is running over it and cooling it when there is none running over it. When I turn it off it blinks twice indicting 3 times exceeding 3.5 min harvest cycle. Getting frusterated would appriciate some help, thanks in advance
