On the control panel there is a button marked "CLEAN." Pressing the button will put the range in the clean cycle. To set to clean turn the temperature control knob either clockwise or counter clockwise. The display will show 3:30 for 3 hours and 30 minutes. The oven door will lock and the cleaning process will begin. You may want to take the racks out before you start or they will be slightly discolored by the high heat. Once the process is complete the oven door will not unlock until the temperature in the oven is significantly reduced. This may take at least 10 minutes. Once the door is unlocked you may need to wipe the oven down wherever there was a lot of grease. They heavy spots will be a fine gray ash.
