    Freezer compartment not working

    The fridge is working ok but the freezer compartment is not freezing and the temp warning light is on constantly. The freezer is 4 years old but I have purchased it 2 weeks ago and I can't seem to get the freezer to work. The top drawer compartment seems to freeze ok but the rest doesn't, but if I put a stuff in the feezer (even if it is already frozen) the temp just drops and everything defrost - can anyone help? Rob
