not clooing very good

I have removed the thermistor from board and after 18 hoursit is 55 in frig and 38 infreezer part, the copany (jolly rogers in Chyenne wy)want me to wait 24 hours then they will call dometic to see what is wrong. can you help me faster? If this site is Dometic, can you call them and tell them what to do before tomorrow morning? I need to be in rugby ND by the 22 Sept. Should i go to Rapid city to get better help?
