My dishwasher drawer started smelling. After a little investigation, I found the entire bottom comes out by loosening a little ring (the manual explains how). I cleaned it out under there and now it works like new. I love my Fisher Paykel drawer and wouldn't trade it for anything else. I've had it three years and no problems. A great service man installed it -- main problems are poor installation. He really knows Fisher Paykel.
