F3 - E0 Oven temperature sensor or oven temperature sensor fuse opened Replace oven temperature sensor or fuse

F3 - E2 Oven too hot Replace oven temperature sensor
F3 - E3 Clean temp too hot Replace oven temperature sensor

F5 - E1 and E2 Door latch problem Check door/latch switch, replace if necessary

F2 - E0 Oven temp too high 1. Test operation of door lock on self-clean models
2. Test relay contact operation
3. High resistance in oven temperature sensor
F3 Open oven temperature sensor or thermal fuse, bad oven temperature sensor harness, or oven temperature sensor resistance too high Replace oven temperature sensor or thermal fuse
F4 Shorted oven temperature sensor Replace oven temperature sensor
F6 Problem in time keeping circuit 1. Reset time and/or cooking operation
2. Check for proper ground
F7 Stuck function switch or button on Electronic Range Control (ERC) Replace Electronic Range Control/Clock (ERC)

F9 Door lock circuit Check wiring and test operation of door lock switch

· Defective latch switch
· Open wire from ERC 10-pin connector, pin 10 to ground
· Door not latched Replace latch switch if defective.Replace wire from 10-pin connector if defective
LOCK Not in Self-Clean
· Oven temperature sensor resistance too high Check oven temperature sensor resistance, wire harness and connections, replace defective component

F3 on Frigidaire Oven
I am still getting the F3 Error on my frigidaire oven (Model# REG74BF*0) after replacing the temperature sensor. It usually throws the code 20 minutes after the oven has been in use.
