Unable to find gas leak

This unit is oout of warranty by two months. Has developed a gas leak. Three different technicians tried to fix leak but after a week start leaking again. A blue stuff was pumped into line but this did not help in identifying leak. Any suggestion? Please don't tell me I am stuck with a $2700.00 lemon?
