    I Also have this machine and called 1-877-383-6399 to get a replacement manual,(free). It's a toll free # to Canada. I found out this company makes the coolers. The web site above may have the problem listed on their web page. Hope this helps. It took a lot of digging to find it. Glad it was worth the work!
