Oven won't heat

After self-cleaning, and cooling and unlocking, the oven indicator light comes on only slightly and as it is first being turned on. After the knob is turned a little more, the light goes out until it is turned almost to clean mode where it comes on brightly. The oven won't heat on bake mode. Any help?
