digital control panel

plugged in the stove for the first time and it beeps. Pressed the cancel button and it keeps beeping every 15 seconds or so and
-F1-shows up on the display. Everything works on the stove. I just can't get the beep to stop even when I press cancel. I don't have the manual and I'm thinking I need to reprogram it or something. Thanks, Lisa Barry
