      Hi- I have the manual, but it's more like a book. 65 pages actually and the form factor is not great for scanning , the pages are 81/2"x11" and bound. Alot of it is recipes. I'll see if I can find a scanner that can accomodate it. I love this oven, just used it tonight. I bought over 10 years ago on clearance.
