Please help find the manual for this Frigidaire Dishwasher

I need installation instructions. The door is not closing well and I think it has to do with the distance between the top of the door and a piece of wood installed under the countertop above the dishwasher door that has two metal rectangles on it. The dishwasher is from the 2001 Ultra Quiet series.
