Owners Manual or Cleaning Instructions

Our Kenmore Self Cleaning Gas range has no operators manual. And, the oven needs cleaning. Cannot find either a manual or any record of the stove at Sears website. If you can assist with cleaning instructions or manual it would be appreciated
