    The previous link I provided is to purchase the manual, however I have now found a link to Model 5840 and the manual is identical to the 5839 (i still have my original but it faliing apart...thus the reason for the search: http://web.archive.org/web/20060114075130/http://www.oster.com/manuals/english/5840.pdf
