Cleaning and maintenance
For carrying out the cleaning of
the fryer first disconnected the
machine from the mains in all
cases.
If cleaning of the internal part of
the tank is not desired, use a
moistened piece of cloth on all
surfaces of the fryer. It must
never become wet nor immersed
in water for its cleaning.
The resistance may be cleaned
with a brush moistened with
water and soap, with the
precaution of avoiding the head
to become wet, and it will be
carefully dried. Neither sharp nor
pointed tools must be used for
its cleaning.
For cleaning the tank
disassemble the head by
unscrewing the handle on the
lower part of it. Once this has
been carried out, empty it of oil
(see item no. 4).
Clean the tank with hot water
and soap, rinse it with abundant
water and dry it with a dry piece
of cloth, reassembling the head.
