Connecttheicemakertoacoldwaterlinewithwaterpressure
between35and120psi.Ifyouhaveanyquestionsaboutyour
waterpressure,callyourutilitycompany.
Reverseosmosiswatersupply
IMPORTANT:Thepressureofthewatersupplycomingoutof
areverseosmosissystemgoingtothewaterinletvalveofthe
refrigeratorneedstobebetween35and120psi(241and827
kPa).
Ifareverseosmosiswaterfiltrationsystemisconnectedtoyour
coldwatersupply,thewaterpressuretothereverseosmosis
systemneedstobeaminimumof40to60psi(276to414kPa).
Ifthewaterpressuretothereverseosmosissystemislessthan40
to60psi(276to414kPa):
■ Checktoseewhetherthesedimentfilterinthereverse
osmosissystemisblocked.Replacethefilterifnecessary.
■ Allowthestoragetankonthereverseosmosissystemtorefill
afterheavyusage.
■ Ifyourrefrigeratorhasawaterfilter,itmayfurtherreduce
thewaterpressurewhenusedinconjunctionwithareverse
osmosissystem.Removethewaterfilter.See“Water
FiltrationSystem.”
