Before Calling for Assistance
If your Kettle should malfunction or
fail to operate, please check the
following:
• Is the Kettle plugged in?
• Is the fuse in the circuit to the
Kettle in working order? If you have
a circuit breaker box, be sure the
circuit breaker is closed.
• Let kettle sit unplugged for 20
minutes to allow the heater and
thermostat to reset, then plug kettle
back in. Refill and use as normal.
• If the problem is not due to one of
the items mentioned above, see
Customer service Information
section.
• DO NOT return the Kettle to the
retailer (store) as they do not pro-
vide service.

and fill in that information below. These numbers can be found on the bottom
of your electric kettle. This information will help us answer your question much
