C-LINE WAREWASHING
TO OPERATE:
DO NOT overload dishracks.
Ware should face the direction of dishrack travel. Observe recommended
wash and rinse temperatures: WASH: 160°F, RINSE: 180°F minimum.
NOTE:

Instruction Manual.
Refer to “Troubleshooting” section of your C-Line Dishwasher
Instruction Manual or call your local Hobart Sales/Service office if
you experience any difficulties.
TO CLEAN:
Push “Power Off” button.
Raise all access doors.
Lift drain lever inside door opening.
Remove curtains and clean with a warm water – mild
detergent solution and a soft bristled scrub brush.
Remove wash arms, check for plugged wash arm
nozzles, remove any obstructions.
Remove and clean strainer pans and scrap basket(s).
Clean the pump intake screen.
Spray down machine interior with water.
Inspect tank interiors, remove any remaining soil.
Wipe down exterior with a wet wash cloth – DO NOT
SPRAY THE EXTERIOR WITH A HOSE.
Reassemble the machine:
Install strainer pans and scrap basket(s).
Install wash arms.
Install curtains.
End of the Day Clean-Up:
Complete steps 1 through 10 of “To Clean.”
Clean debris and water from dishtables into
dishwasher.
Reassemble the machine:
Install strainer pans and scrap basket(s).
Install wash arms.
Hang curtains on corresponding hooks.
Leave doors open to air out machine interior.

OPERATIONAL TIPS:
To Start:
Place strainer pans and scrap basket into
position in dishwasher tank.
Ensure curtains are on the corresponding
hooks.
Close all access doors (automatically closes
drains).
Push “Power On” button (machine will
begin to fill).
Once filled, push “Motor On” button.
If auto shutdown activates, restart machine
by pushing a rack into dishwasher, or push
“Motor On” button.
To Stop:
Push “Power Off” button.
