at LIQUEFY, pulsing 2 to 3 times, about 10 seconds
each time, until smooth; scrape sides of blender jar,
if necessary. Serve in sherbet/champagne glasses
with spoons.
Note: For a firmer consistency, freeze 1 to 2 hours.
