3 Cups Bread Flour•
¼ Tsp. Salt•
1 Egg Yolk•
1 Tbsp. Butter•
¼ Cup Sugar•
1 Tsp. Dry Yeast•
Topping:
2 Tbsp. Melted •
Butter
¼ Cup Sugar•
1 Tsp. Cinnamon•
½ Cup Crushed •
Pecans
LARGE
1 Cup Milk•
4 Cups Bread Flour•
½ Tsp. Salt•
1 Egg Yolk•
2 Tbsp. Butter•
¼ Cup Sugar•
1½ Tsp. Dry Yeast•
Topping:
3 Tbsp. Melted Butter•
½ Cup Sugar•
1½ Tsp. Cinnamon•
½ Cup Crushed Pecans•
Use PROGRAM 8: DOUGH
Take dough out of Bread Pan and knead it.
Form dough into a greased and floured
round or square bread pan.
Follow the directions below to make the topping:
Brush butter onto the bread.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon and nuts together
in a bowl and spread on top of butter.
Set loaf of bread aside for 30 minutes,
unrefrigerated, and then bake in a preheated
350˚ F oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick
inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
