Solution
Make sure that the sieve in the centre of the pad holder is not clogged.
If it is,unclog the sieve by holding the pad holder under a running tap.If
necessary, you can use a washing-up brush or a pin to unclog the sieve.
If problems continue to occur,contact the Philips Customer Care
Centre in your country.
Perhaps the sieve in the centre of the pad holder is clogged.If this is
the case, unclog the sieve by rinsing the pad holder under a running
tap.Use a washing-up brush to clean the sieve,if necessary.
Check if a used coffee pad is sticking to the water distribution plate. If
this is the case, remove the used pad.
Contact the Philips Customer Care Centre in your country.
Make sure that:
you have used the correct number of pads and have pressed the right
button.Use 1 pad in combination with the 1-cup pad holder and the
° button.Use 2 pads in combination with the 2-cup pad holder and
the °° button;
the coffee pad(s) has/have been placed properly in the centre of the
pad holder,to prevent water from escaping along de edge of the
pad(s).When you are using two coffee pads on top of each other,
make sure that the convex sides of both pads are pointing downwards
and press the pads lightly into the pad holder;
you have not used the same pad twice by accident;
the coffee in the pad is evenly distributed;
If you prefer a more robust flavour,SENSEO\ coffee pads with a
stronger blend are available.
If you prefer a milder flavour,SENSEO\ coffee pads with a milder
blend are available.
Do not use cups that are too large,as they will cause the coffee to get
cold more quickly.When using cups,make sure they have a capacity of
150 ml.When using a mug,make sure it has a capacity of 280 ml.
Problem
The coffee machine produces less coffee than
before.
The lid cannot be closed properly.
The machine has been stored in a room that
was not frost-free.
The SENSEO\ coffee is not strong enough.
The SENSEO\ coffee is too strong
The coffee is not hot enough
