3.4.5 Special Convection Settings
Your oven has pre-programmed settings which are ideal
for special baking. All that is necessary is to enter cook-
ing time. Use them as indicated to ensure baking suc-
cess.
* Suppose you want to bake a cake for 20 minutes.

When the oven leaches the tempe[ature, a signal
will sound 4 times*: The oven will stop, and directions
will be displayed. Follow the indicated message.

Qn pad,
If the oven door is not opened, the oven will
automatically hold at the preheat temperature for 30
minutes. After this time has elapsed, an audible
signal will sound, and the oven will turn off.
NOTE: Should additional time be needed on the
special convection settings, simply enter
the additional time and touch Start/Touch
On. This step must be done within 2 minutes
of the original cycle end and before touching
Stop/Clear.

5. Yeast bread None Bread loaves and specialty shapes. May need additional time
than recipe suggests if baking extra large loaves or bread made
with whole grain flours.
