Your range is designed for easy care.
You can do most cleaning with items found
around your home. Cleaning your range
whenever spills or soiling occurs will help
to keep it looking and operating like new.
Surface burner grates
1. Make sure all surface burners are off and
the surrounding parts are cool.
2. Lift off the surface burner grates.
3. Wash the grates with warm, soapy water
or in a dishwasher. Use a nonabrasive,
plastic scrubbing pad for cooked-on
foods. Rinse and dry well.
4. Replace burner grates.
Explosion Hazard
Keep appliance area clear and free of
combustible materials, gasoline, and
other flammable vapors and liquids.
Do not use oven cleaners, bleach, or
rust removers.
Make sure all controls are OFF and the
range is cool before cleaning.
When using cleaners or aerosols on
exterior surfaces, always follow pack-
age directions. Excess residue from
cleaners or aerosols could ignite.
Do not obstruct the flow of combustion
and ventilation air.
Failure to follow these guidelines could
result in explosion, fire, electrical shock,
or burns.
