The model tag reads: Hamilton Beach / Proctor Silex, and the breadmaker itself has the Proctor Silex name on the front. The box we bought it in also said only Proctor Silex. If anyone has the operating instructions manual and/or recipe book online, we would greatly appreciate knowing where we could view it/them. This really is a terrific breadmaker. We've used it for about 15 years, but the manual got misplaced when we moved. ANY help would be wonderful.

When I try to insert the bread pan into the unit it won't turn. It appears that the drive shaft on bottom of the pan is stuck? I tried to take it apart but it still won't insert into unit???
