I just purchased a West Bend "Automatic Bread and Dough Master" - "Bakery Style Plus" machine at our local thrift shop. It has a West Bend Catalog numer 41087. Where can I get an instruction manual or at least receive some help with how to use this?

Also, I found an old recall notice for West Bend machines that sounds similar to one I bought. However, mine has a 1998 date on it and the notice seems to refer to 1995-95 models. Should I be concerned?

I cannot get the machine to operate Program 2 for whole wheat bread. Have you run into this problem? OR do you have a work-around? I just used Program 3 for french bread. Let's see if that works!!
