The model tag reads: Hamilton Beach / Proctor Silex, and the breadmaker itself has the Proctor Silex name on the front. The box we bought it in also said only Proctor Silex. If anyone has the operating instructions manual and/or recipe book online, we would greatly appreciate knowing where we could view it/them. This really is a terrific breadmaker. We've used it for about 15 years, but the manual got misplaced when we moved. ANY help would be wonderful.

Machine has had limited use despite age. Worked OK yesterday,but today drive spindle will not move. Previously I could turn it by fingers with a minor effort. Suppose it is choked up with flour. Do I have to get it taken apart or is it OK to try to use the machine again? I do not want to risk burning out the motor.
