I just bought one used for 8 and a half Canuck Bucks. No bread pan handle, no bread pan lid, and NO MANUAL. I did some searching and found it to be identical to the Toastmaster Breadmaker's Hearth model 1193. Below is the link for the Toastmaster manual on this site.

just spent WAY too much time trying to find this manual. Apparently it is discontinued and only able to find the owners manual for a fee of about $6 at ProdProtect.com- #1-800-231-9786. They were not able to give me any info on it and sent an email to their supervisor to address my question- expect to hear back in 48 hours...whew. SO no luck as of yet. fingers crossed...(rolling eyes)

When the beeper sounds, take it out and pull it in to shape. You can add some olives or other nice things at this stage. Bake it in the oven and Vola! a tasty bagutte for tapas!
