i bought this coffee make 3 days ago when i use the auto feature it doesnt brew the coffee just gives me hot water. Filled it last nite again and woke up to water all over the counter is this coffee maker defective or am i doing something wrong?

I just got a new coffeemaker. I thought it said DOC 1100, but in looking at the model numbers, must be DCC 1100. The coffee seems much weaker than I am used to. Does anyone know how to adjust it? Or does it?

I tried your suggestion but this does not work. I don't want to make another pot of coffee I just want to keep the one I have on hot and it doesn't seem to work good. I have it set for high on temperature but once the 5 beeps go off the machine shuts off automatically and I don't think it should. Any other suggestions????

This coffee maker worked wonderfully for the first couple of months. Since I last ran vinegar through it, it has stopped allowing water to flow through to make coffee. Is there some kind of recall on this machine? I sure paid a lot of money for this and am seriously upset b/c it has stopped working soon after my purchase. I've not had it but six months.
