Cannot figure out how to use existing convection oven. This is a combination standard/convection electric range. Seems the standard oven cooks very slow and doesn't maintain the selected oven temperature. Want to try convection cooking but have no instructions.

I got this oven as a gift (without the user manuel), from a friend when they migrated from Sri Lanka.
Its white in colour, 04 gas burners, 02 electric burners, and gas large oven.
Service model- ACH 130/WQ,Service code 65110.

I would be much grateful if you could send me a manuel to use the oven at your earliest.

has worked perfectly for almost 2 yrs. now suddenly there is a beeping with display showing ooo when preheating or toasting that stops the heating element. was getting progressively longer and now shuts the heating elements off completely. can't use it at all.

Product Problem: Wont power on

Plugged in and will not turn on. Turned a burner once at it turned range on but not burner. Door is locked so I cant get the model #. Drawer on bottom flat glass top. Built in light on top.

the key pads lights are not functioning, some of the lights on rights side of pad do work,but left side for bake does not work, so there for i can't use my oven
