Way to much water in the bottom of my dishwasher and I don't think there is an air gap. My dishwasher was in place before I moved into this house and it is securely under my kitchen cabinet. Is there any other way to check for clogs?? Or to release the water?? The garbage disposal has been checked and is clear and running properly.

I have tried different ways to reset the dishwasher ie. turning off the breaker ,wolding down the cancel pad and the heat dry pad but nothing works. If anyone wants feed back I am sure willing to slam Maytag. Neil

We have moved into a new house with a F and P dishwasher model no. DW60CSX1. There was no manual when we moved in. The dishwasher doesn't want to work.. when you put it on, about 10 seconds later it beeps and flashing lights appear on the 'normal, fast and rinse' buttons and beeps beeping and flashing until you switch it off. Can you please tell me what this error is and how I can fix it. I drained all the water out by hand and can not see or feel any blockages under the drainage filters.

Make sure the lower pan is empty of water... if it fills, the float switch will cause the system to not allow any more water to enter the system

Product Problem: Won't fully drain after use

A standing pool of water remains at the bottom of the dishwasher. The large and fine filters have been checked, and cleaned. Almost no debree at all in the filters, being that they're self cleaning. What other issue might it be? Condo is 1 year old and has no other drainage issues.

Started dishwasher, operated for a little bit, then a bad electrical smell and burning plastic was noted. In further inspection, I noted an electrical plug from the door panel to the motor had burned through on the left side . The plug to the motor received the worst damage. JMy question is can this plug be replaced or does the whole motor need replacing ?
If the motor needs replacing can I do it myself, and is there any material out there to show a person as to how it goes together?

I CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHERE THE JET DRY FLUID GOES ON THIS MACHINE. I HAVE NEVER USED IT BECAUSE I USE THE CASCADE PELLETS WITH IT IN THERE BUT NOW I AM GETTINGA MILKY FILM ON MY GLASSWARE AND WANTED TO TRY THE JETDRY. HELP!!!!!!
