has been allowing moisture to escape and is destroying cabinets and countertop substrate... how do you remove this part? I see it has been revised to prevent this and I can order a new one... I just can't figure out how to remove the old one.

I need to know if this model will heat cold water to the proper temp or just maintain the temp of hot water already in the washer. We have our washer hooked to a distiller to cut down on streaky dishes & it only supplies cold water. Thanks

These 2 buttons flash, and the machine doesn't respond to any command.
When we turn off the breaker and turn it on again, we hear the machine function for a few seconds.
When we open the door we notice that some water has been evacuated...
