I had a house cleaning service come in and clean the kitchen. When I came home the burners are clicking like they're trying to ignite every couple second even though the knobs are all set to off. Any suggestions?

I am a renter and recently the owners bought a new range for the mobile home I rent. I am not sure if the broiler is inside the oven or in the bottom drawer section. I don't know where the model number is located. It is a plain Jane, white gas Tappan. The bottom drawer has 3 heights. That is probably the broiler, but I don't want to try it out unless I know. There is no manual.

I have a 1990 (approximate date)Tappan gas range that was my mother's. I do not have a manual and cannot find one online. range top cannot be opened to clean - I have a 4 burner stove with a "grid" to hold pots in the middle - don't know the model # - but the top usually opens with a stick to hold it up like a car hood -
