I haven't a clue how to perform any of the functions except for keying in the amount of time to microwave, using the Popcorn function. I don't know how to program for the different levels of power. I've ttried every combination of buttons I can think of, and still nothing happens! Thanks for your help.

To reset the present time in the display window when the oven is off, press the CLOCK/PRE-SET button and reset. Say it's been reading 04:10 p.m. and you want it to read 05:10 p.m.- you just press CLOCK/PRE-SET and punch in 0510 and press CLOCK/PRE-SET again :-) If you make a mistake when setting the time, press the STOP/CLEAR button. To recall the actual time while the oven is cooking or defrosting, simply press the CLOCK/PRE-SET button and the display will show the actual time for three seconds.

Unit will not heat. Has power, but when cook timer is set, timer simply counts down with no heating, etc. Is there a thermal overload, etc that can be reset?

Internal light has burned out. Not sure if light source is from grilling bulbs or other area. Manufacture date is 8/2005. This unit is micro/convection with broil feature.

Somebody punched a bunch of buttons on this old sharp microwave and now no matter what key you punch the work "locked" briefly flashes up. I can't even seem to find the model number on the web but I got the number inside the cooking chamber. Does anyone know if there is a simple code to punch in that unlocks the keypad?
