Trying to figure out how to set mircrowave for something other than minute increments (right now, I can only put food on for 1,2,3,4,5,6, minutes exactly). How can I set the microwave for 1 minute and 23 seconds, for example, or 39 seconds?

I was defrosting a item and everything was working fine then all of a sudden i did not hear the microwave going i looked at it and the timer was still counjting down but there was no noise i tested all the buttons and everything works on it except it sounds as if the motor is not running however it seems as if everything is working but i can not use it because the motor seems not to run is it a simple fix or do i have to but a new one it is not even a year old plesase help

The oven makes the normal noise for a couple sounds, then when the count down starts, the exhaust fan starts. It won't heat up at all

Product Problem: Burn-out in my GE microwave

The unit went dead, so I opened it and found a wire from the incoming power circuit board to a small circular 'puck' mounted to the top of the magnetron burnt out. I can't find a service manual on-line, so I'm hesitant to attempt to re-connect the burnt out wire without knowing what the 'puck' is. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Renting my house and wish to replace subject microwave, but occupant states the measurements are 30X16.5 X16. New maytag is 29-7/8 X16-15/16 X 15-1/2 . The replacement will be a Maytag MMV4203DB. Seems the measurements taken by the rentor are a little off or they should be close enough - correct? I am out of the country so can't check first hand. Appreciate any help.

We have 2 problems with our GE Senso Microwave:
Time all of a sudden disappeared - not a big problem.
The big problem is we can't clear the timer so we can put in a shorter time. Right now it is stuck on 24 minutes. We have never chosen 24 minutes but it won't clear. Any help?

Everything works except there is no heat. It has been mentioned to me that it may be in DEMO mode however I do not have my manual and do not know how to take it out of DEMO mode. I also have heard that it could be the "magnetron". Is the magnetron accessable from the front panel or will the unit have to be removed from the wall? Thank you very much. Kathy

the touch keypad on the microwave will not work, but the dials for the attached oven work fine. Is there some fuse or circuit I can access that may have gone bad?

Did you ever get any answer to your keypad question? Mine popped today while cleaning and now the keypad has few functions. Can not set clock, cook time (other than all 3s 5s or 7s) and microwave will not work.
