Doesn't heat or cook. And smells wierd when I had tried...not happy for it not being a OLD microwave, it shouldn't have any problems....my mom had on for about ten yrs. With no problems!!

I was defrosting a item and everything was working fine then all of a sudden i did not hear the microwave going i looked at it and the timer was still counjting down but there was no noise i tested all the buttons and everything works on it except it sounds as if the motor is not running however it seems as if everything is working but i can not use it because the motor seems not to run is it a simple fix or do i have to but a new one it is not even a year old plesase help

I was defrosting a item and everything was working fine then all of a sudden i did not hear the microwave going i looked at it and the timer was still counjting down but there was no noise i tested all the buttons and everything works on it except it sounds as if the motor is not running however it seems as if everything is working but i can not use it because the motor seems not to run is it a simple fix or do i have to but a new one it is not even a year old plesase help

The light bulb to my Jenn-Air Model #JMV8208AAS went out, but I can't figure out how to replace the bulb. My manual does not cover this problem.

Will not heat. When turned on the oven makes a noise that is louder than usual. All other aspects of the oven works properly.

The oven makes the normal noise for a couple sounds, then when the count down starts, the exhaust fan starts. It won't heat up at all

Product Problem: Burn-out in my GE microwave

The unit went dead, so I opened it and found a wire from the incoming power circuit board to a small circular 'puck' mounted to the top of the magnetron burnt out. I can't find a service manual on-line, so I'm hesitant to attempt to re-connect the burnt out wire without knowing what the 'puck' is. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
