Includes Cooking Charts. English, Spanish, & French.

I uploaded the guide for models RC400, RC410, and RC550. Manuals Online somehow reverted to the existing RC400/RC500 (Spanish) manual. I have no idea where the pdf I uploaded was sent.

my rice cooker can cook up to 7 cups, but sometimes there is just my husband and I. The instructions to not help for anything less than 3 cups of uncooked rice. Sometimes we do not need that much leftovers. what do I do for less cooked rice?

Product Problem: lost measuring scoop

I do not have the measuring scoop, so I don't know how much rice to add per 3,4,5,6, and 7 marks of water. Can you help me? This is for the RC400 cooker.

Latest post, made on 2009-11-20 02:12:44
Use a liquid measuring cup to measure rice; 1 c. rice = 5 1/2 oz. The water levels indicate number of cups being cooked. Example: Add 3 cups rice (at 5 1/2 oz. each) to liner, then fill to level 3 with water.
