Water leaks from both ports when the water filter mode is activated. New filter recently. Cleaned all seals ,re fitted filter ,tightened up joints to no effect. ?any advice.

Product Problem: water continuously leaking out of hot water side

I put a new bottle of water on and it is continuously leaking out of the hot water side. we don't even use the hot water side of the unit! I had to take the bottle off until I can get this fixed.

Mine started to leak after about a year. I back off the water so it was not on full strength to the filter. Then about 3 months later it started to leak agin, the day I was leaving town, so I had to disconnect it completely. I will not use it again. Looking for an alternative product that has better plumbing parts.
