The timer won't work on the timesetting at the upper right of the dial. On other settings the timer moves, but on all settings the unit will heat up for a couple of minutes and then stop heating.

It stopped cooling on both sides. We unplugged, vacuumed underneath and behind. Plugged it back up, it started cooling again but ran 24 hours solid. What is the problem?

I don't use or have the ice maker connected. Is there a way to stop the fridge from trying to make ice? Every once in a while the fridge makes noises and I think it is trying to make ice.
