Product Problem: Evaporator fan does not work

The freezer went warm and the refer side went warm also I noticed the the evap. fan stopped working so I replaced the evaporator fan because it wasn't working. Now with the new one it still doesn't. What am I missing here? Is there a fuse I should check

I have a 6 yr old freezer on the bottom model. How close to the wall can I push it in. Does it need venting?
