Product Problem: ASKO D3121 dishwasher won't shut off

Our dishwasher won't shut off. The motor keeps running no matter what. It happened once before and our local dealer reset it, but he is no longer in business. Does anyone know the reset sequence? Thanks

Water does not dispense or run in the cycle when it is suppose to.

Make sure the lower pan is empty of water... if it fills, the float switch will cause the system to not allow any more water to enter the system

1. Can not get machine to turn on - that is, show any signs that power is on.

2. Can not get inside door to drum open - assume b/cpower is not on.

3. Just checking - this product does take regular 110 DC currewnt, is that correct?
